These terms govern your use of Festaura. Please read them before using the platform.

1. About the platform

Festaura is a discovery and inquiry platform that connects customers planning events with independent service providers in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Festaura is not a party to any contract you enter into with a vendor.

2. Customer use

Browsing vendors, saving shortlists, creating event plans, and sending quote requests are free for customers. You agree to provide accurate contact details so vendors can respond to your inquiries.

3. Vendor listings

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including portfolio images, pricing, package details and contact information. Vendors must have the right to use any images they upload.

Festaura may remove or suspend listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or that receive repeated credible complaints.

4. Bookings and payments

All bookings, contracts and payments are made directly between the customer and the vendor. Festaura does not process booking payments, does not take commission on bookings, and is not liable for the quality, timing or outcome of any service delivered by a vendor.

5. Vendor subscriptions

Vendors may subscribe to paid plans for additional visibility and features. Subscriptions are monthly with no lock-in period and may be cancelled at any time, at which point the listing returns to the free tier.

6. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake, incentivised or retaliatory reviews may be removed, and repeated violations may result in account suspension.

7. Limitation of liability

Festaura provides the platform "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Festaura is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or from any vendor engagement.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Festaura after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
