For customers
Does Festaura charge me anything?+
No. Browsing vendors, saving shortlists, creating event plans, running Smart Match and sending quote requests are all completely free. You pay vendors directly for their services.
How do I get quotes from vendors?+
Open any vendor profile and use the Get a Quote form. Share your event date, guest count and budget, and the vendor will contact you directly — usually within 24 hours.
What is Smart Match?+
Answer six quick questions about your event and we'll show you a ranked shortlist of vendors across every service you need, filtered by your budget and location.
What does the Verified badge mean?+
We've checked that the business exists, that its contact details are real, and that its portfolio reflects its own work.
Can I plan an entire event on Festaura?+
Yes — that's what Plan Your Event is for. Pick your occasion, get a checklist of every vendor category you need, and add your chosen vendor to each role.
For vendors
How do I list my business?+
Go to List Your Business, complete three short steps, and your listing goes live on the free plan immediately. You can add portfolio photos and packages from your dashboard right after.
Does Festaura take commission?+
No. We never take a cut of your bookings. Vendors pay an optional flat monthly subscription for extra visibility — nothing else.
How do I get more leads?+
Complete your profile fully — a detailed description, at least three portfolio photos, and published packages meaningfully increase inquiries. Paid plans additionally give you priority placement in search and category pages.
How do I upgrade my plan?+
From your vendor dashboard, open Subscription and request the plan you want. Online payment isn't live yet, so our team will contact you to activate it and arrange billing.
