Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

Account information: your name, email address and, if you sign up, authentication details handled by our identity provider.

Inquiry information: the details you submit when requesting a quote or running a Smart Match — your name, phone number, optional email, event type, date, guest count and budget range.

Planning activity: the vendors you save and the event plans you create.

Vendor information: for vendors, business details, portfolio images, packages and contact numbers you choose to publish.

How we use it

We use your inquiry details to pass your request to the specific vendors you contact, so they can respond to you. We use your account and planning activity to show you your saved vendors, event plans and inquiry history.

We use aggregate, non-identifying usage data to understand which categories and areas are in demand, so we can improve the platform.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your contact details with vendors you haven't contacted. We do not send your details to third-party marketing lists.

Vendor visibility of your data

When you send a quote request, the vendor you contacted sees the name, phone number, and event details you submitted — that is the point of the request. Vendors never see your activity on other vendors' profiles, your saved list, or your event plans.

Data retention and your rights

You can delete your event plans and saved vendors at any time from your dashboard. To request deletion of your account and associated inquiry history, contact us and we will action it.
